The 315th Airlift Wing welcomed newly promoted to the Senior Noncomissioned and Noncomissioned Officers tier during an induction ceremony at the building 60 Auditorium Sept. 10, 2016, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C.
Team Charleston leadership hosted the ceremony that covered various topics concerning the transition of Airman to NCO and NCO to SNCO.
