Commanders Inspection Program Header image

The Intent of the Commander’s Inspection Program (CCIP) is to foster a culture of constant compliance, critical self-assessment, and continuous enhancement of mission effectiveness.  It gives commanders at all levels and Airmen the right information at the right time to assess risk, identify areas of improvement, determine root cause and precisely focus limited resources – all aligned with the commander’s priorities and timeline. With an effective CCIP, commanders can be assured their self-assessment programs report accurately while the “independent assessment” portion of the CCIP ensures the effectiveness of subordinate organizations.

315 AW Strategic Priorities:
  • Train and equip mission ready Airmen
  • Generate and deploy combat ready forces
  • Mentor and retain innovative, inspired career Airmen
  • Champion and execute continuous improvement
