Senior Master Sgt. Mark Barber, 81st Aerial Port Squadron First Sergeant, and his wife Pam, were joined by Colonel Mike Speer and Command Chief Master Sergeant Ben Futrell from the 315th Airlift Wing, Charleston Air Force Base S.C. at the Air Force Reserve Command banquet April 14. SMSgt Barber won the award for First Sergeant of the Year and will now compete at the Air Force level for the 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year.
