One square in a "Quilt of Valor" designed by first-grade children at Sangree Elementary School in Summerville, S.C. Four quilts were presented to Chaplain (Maj.) John Painter, a reservist assigned to the 315th Airlift Wing at Charleston AFB, S.C. Chaplain Painter accepted two quilts on behalf of his civilian employer the Ralph H.
