Col. Tim Wrighton, commander of the 315th Airlift Wing here at Charleston Air Force Base, flew his "Fini Flight" aboard a C-17 April 18. Col. Wrighton is scheduled to relinquish command of the 315th Airlift Wing in an official ceremony at Charleston Air Force Base April 19.
