Col. Rick Kemble relinquishes command of the 300th Airlift Squadron by passing the 300AS guidon to Col. Jay Jensen, 315th Operations Group commander, at a change of command ceremony Saturday. Colonel Kemble now assumes the role of South Carolina Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer.
