Change of command

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Col. Brent Merritt, outgoing 317th Airlift Squadron commander, salutes Col. Caroline Evernham, 315th Operations Group Commander during a change of command ceremony April 28 where he relinquished command to Lt. Col. Stan Davis, former 315th Operation Support Squadron commander.
