Base library transformed through renovation
Patrons and employees of the Joint Base Charleston Air Base Library enjoy a tour of the newly renovated library as well as snacks and social time. The just reopened Air Base Library has been upgraded with new carpet, paint and furniture and will be more flexible not only for readers, but for events to be held at the facility. The renovation was part of an Air Force initiative to modernize base libraries.
