315th Airlift Wing

Tech. Sgt. Steven Smith of the 315th Security Forces Squadron at JB Charleston, recieves $5,000 SMSgt George Counts Scholarship from the 315th Airlift Wing Top 3 leadership, Senior Master Sgt. Michael Craig and Chief Master Sgt. John-Paul Burke. The scholarship was created in 2018, to honor the late 315th AW wingman by assiting Airmen in higher education.
