Terrell Eikner, 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander, reviews needs and available resources of different units during a maintenance resource workshop at the North Charleston Coliseum in North Charleston, S.C. May 12 to 13, 2021. The 315th Maintenance Group hosted the workshop with more than 40 attendees from a dozen bases within Air Force Reserve Command and the National Guard.
