The 315th Airlift Wing Top Three Association is proud to announce the launch of the Senior Master Sgt. George Counts Memorial Scholarship, aimed at providing assistance to enlisted personnel between the grades of E-1 and E-9 in completing their college degrees. Established to recognize the achievements of individuals pursuing continuing education while serving in the military, this scholarship embodies a commitment to supporting the educational aspirations of enlisted members.
