315th AW welcomes new AS, CES commanders

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The 315th Airlift Wing welcomed two new commanders to the echelon here over the weekend.

During a change of command ceremony here, Lt. Col. Jeffrey Liegl took command of the 300th Airlift Squadron here with Maj. Elizabeth Emmons assuming command of the 315th Civil Engineer Squadron here in a separate assumption of command ceremony.
