315 AW loadmaster conducts in-flight spot check

Panama City, Panama --  Tech. Sgt. Travis Nettles prepares to be evaluated during a no-notice spot evaluation by Master Sgt. No-notice evaluations are conducted during missions to ensure Airmen are constantly maintaining proficiency in their individual career fields. The 315th Airlift Wing flight to Panama was part of a re-supply and training mission to South America. Nettles is a 701st Airlift Squadron instructor loadmaster, and Moore is a 701 AS Stan/Eval loadmaster.
