Col Chapman recognizes the 315th's newest NCOs

The 315th Airlift Wing held an induction ceremony for the wing's newest NCOs and SNCOs here March 10.

The ceremony was presided over by the 315th AW Commander, Colonel Steven Chapman, and Command Chief Gigi Manning, who recognized six airmen as they achieved personal and professional milestones in their Air Force Reserve careers.

Each newly promoted Airman received a coin from the Command Chief and a framed certificate of induction marking the event. During the ceremony Col Chapman spoke to the new NCOs and SNCOs stressing mentorship and using the skills they've learned up to this point to set an example for other Airmen.

Promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant were Ryan Quini, 315th Maintenance Squadron, and Eddie Sanchez, 315th Aeromedical Squadron.

Promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant were Jason Coggins and Vincent Leonguerrero, 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron as well as Marcus Ford and Randall Pearce, 315th Maintenance Squadron.
