315th Airlift Wing announces award winning members

The selection boards for the Airman, Noncommissioned Officer, Senior Noncommissioned Officer, Junior Officer, and Field Grade Officer selected the following winners for October to December 2011:
  • Airman of the Quarter - Senior Airman Timothy All 315th Maintenance Squadron
     
  • NCO of the Quarter - Staff Sgt. Kristopher Basgall, 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron
     
  • SNCO of the Quarter - Senior Master Sgt. David Turner, 315th  MXS
     
  • Company Grade Officer of the Quarter - Capt. Jeffrey Fox, 315th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron
     
  • Field Grade Officer of the Quarter -  Maj. Mark Jeffrey, 701 Airlift Squadron
4th Air Force, March Air Force Base Calif., announced their 2011 Logistics Readiness Awards.

Individual Base-Level Award
     Air Force Logistics Readiness Field Grade Officer of the Year: Major Robert Degregorio, 315 Logistics Readiness Squadron

Individual Base-Level Civilian Award
     Civilian Supervisor/Leader of the Year: Brad Levander, 81st Aerial Port Squadron

"I would like to extend my congratulations to all of the winners above who were chosen for their outstanding achievements in the representation of the 315th Airlift Wing," said Col. Steven Chapman, 315th Airlift Wing commander.  "These are very special honors and it gives me great pleasure to recognize them."

Plaques will be awarded during the next Wing Award Ceremony.
 
Units that put forth the effort to nominate their deserving personnel for awards are to be commended. I urge commanders to continue to take the time to nominate people for these important morale-building awards.
