315th AW recognizes NCOs

JOINT BASE CHARLESTON --  The 315th Airlift Wing held an induction ceremony for the wing's newest NCOs and SNCOs here March 12.

The ceremony was presided over by the 315th AW Commander, Colonel Steven Chapman, and Command Chief Gigi Manning, who recognized 18 airmen as they achieved personal and professional milestones in their Air Force Reserve careers.

Promotees received a coin from the Command Chief and a framed certificate of induction marking the event. During the ceremony Col Chapman spoke to the new NCOs and SNCOs stressing integrity, mentorship and the importance of family.
