Commander selects Manning as new Command Chief Master Sergeant

CHARLESTON AFB, S.C. --  Col. Steven Chapman, commander of the 315th Airlift Wing, announced his selection for the wing's Command Chief Master Sergeant yesterday.

Chief Master Sergeant Gigi Manning will be the wing's new Command Chief effective Nov. 1, 2010.
