DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, Ga. -- The Air Mobility Command Contingency Load Planner Course was held at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga., from May 3-14. Military and civilian students from Navy Reserve and active duty, Georgia Army National Guard, and Air Force Reserve assembled together for two weeks of extensive academic and hands-on training.
