Air Force Reservists called to active duty Published March 7, 2010 By Capt. Wayne Capps 315th Airlift Wing Public Affairs CHARLESTON AFB, S.C. -- More than 260 Air Force Reserve flight crew members, maintenance technicians and support personnel were notified yesterday to report to active duty. The reserve members of the 315th Airlift Wing at Charleston AFB, are being called to support Operation Enduring Freedom. The reservists are given 30 days notice before reporting for active duty at Charleston AFB, S.C. Additional information on the mobilizations will be provided as it becomes available. Media will be allowed to cover mobilization activities under established DoD guidelines.
