Wing says goodbye to Maintenance Group Commander

CHARLESTON AFB, S.C. -- Colonel James Joyce, 315th Airlift Wing Maintenance Group commander is presented with his retirement certificate from Col. Steven Chapman during a retirement ceremony held on Saturday. Col. Joyce served his country honorably for nearly 40-years. A new MXG commander will officially take command on Dec. 28, 2009.
