JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The 315th Airlift Wing selection boards for the Airman, Non-commissioned Officer, Senior Non-commissioned Officer, Junior Officer, Field Grade Officer and civilian selected the following winners for the calendar year 2020 first quarter award winners:
• Airman – Airman 1st Class Kayla Peters, 315th Maintenance Group
• NCO – Tech. Sgt. Amy Picard, 4th Combat Camera Squadron
• SNCO – Master Sgt. Jeremy Montgomery, 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron
• CG Officer – Capt. Virginia LangCapt Virginia Lang, 4th CTCS
• Civilian Cat I – Christina Williams, 315 AW Financial Management
• Civilian Cat II – Laura Moore, 315 AW / FM
“I would like to extend my congratulations to all of the winners above who were chosen for their outstanding achievements in the representation of the 315th Airlift Wing,” said Col. Adam Willis, 315th Airlift Wing commander. “These are very special honors and it gives me great pleasure to recognize them.”
Units that put forth the effort to nominate their deserving personnel for awards are to be commended Willis added. “I urge commanders to continue to take the time to nominate people for these important morale-building awards.”
Plaques will be awarded during the next wing award ceremony.
