Here are the latest updates from Col. John Robinson, 315 AW commander regarding Hurrican/Troppical Storm Ian:

The earliest onset of tropical storm force winds is expected around 5 p.m. today.

Max wind forecast is expected around 2 p.m. Friday with 50 kts to 60 kts.

Tropical storm force winds are expected to subside by midnight on Friday.

Favorable conditions are expected around noon on Saturday.

Early dismissal was directed for today at noon as long as duties are complete. Telework or admin leave on Friday with telework as the expectation.

Realizing that local schools are closing today and Friday, please coordinate exceptions to the early dismissal/telework with your supervisor.
