Due to Hurricane Matthew, a Limited Evacuation Order of SC Hurricane Evacuation Zones has been issued by the Commander, Joint Base Charleston. In accordance with the order, the 628th Medical Group will close effective 1630 hours today, 05 Oct 16. The Medical Group will remain closed until Joint Base Charleston resumes normal operations. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you need other medical care, please call 1-800-TRICARE or HUMANA at 1-800-44-5445 for assistance in locating a provider near you.
