Wing announces latest 06 selectees Published Feb. 3, 2020 By Michael Dukes 315th Airlift Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The 315th Airlift Wing announced the names of six Citizen Airmen selected for promotion to the rank of colonel Jan. 31. The following lieutenant colonels from the wing were selected: Susan Beylotte, 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron Rick Chadwick, 701th Airlift Squadron Patrick Johannes, 315 AMDS William Roff, 315th Maintenance Group Robert Semtner, 315 AMDS Vianesa Vargas, 315th Mission Support Group Air Force Reserve Command promotions to the grade of colonel require Senate confirmation. After Senate confirmation, officers will be promoted in increments announced by HQ USAF/REP. HQ ARPC/PBE will publish promotion orders at the appropriate time and will enter selection data in MILPDS. Orders announcing the promotion will be published and posted in a member's Personnel Records Display Application, including orders for limited extended active duty officers selected by Reserve Active Status List promotion boards.
