Air Force Staff Sgt. Preston Moten, an aerospace ground equipment schedule and training monitor with the 20th Equipment Maintenance Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., said the rating from his first EPR made him realize it was time to straighten up and listen to the positive people around him.
