315 AW mass casualty exercise
Patients rest on liters onboard a C-17 Globemaster III Jan. 28, 2013 at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The patients were part of a mass casualty exercise which included more than 145 Airmen from the 315th Airlift Wing.
