ESGR Boeing
Lt. Gen. Charles Stenner, Air Force Reserve Chief visited Joint Base Charleston July 25 to sign an Employer Support of Guard and Reserve statement of support with Boeing. While at the base the general toured the Field Training Detachment. There, reservists and active duty airmen demonstrated various C-17 mockup training equipment, which includes a fully operational cockpit that allows trainer to introduce faults into the system for maintenance workers to troubleshoot. FTD also has complete engine assemblies, operational landing gear systems, tail structures and more. ESGR is a Department of Defense Agency that seeks to promote a culture which all American employers will value the support the military service of their employees and in this case, future employees.
