Charleston MARE
Emergency responders from the 628th Civil Engineer Squadron carry a simulated victim to the onsite triage during a Major Accident Response Exercise March 22, 2011 on Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The MARE is a necessary step to prepare all Joint Base Charleston members for the upcoming 2011 Air Expo.
