Local business, baseball team donates $2,500 to Air Force Aid Society

The check was made out to the Air Force Aid Society from Force Protection, a manufacturer of blast- and ballistic-protected armored vehicles and other survivability products, and the Charleston RiverDogs baseball team in support of the annual Air Force Assistance Fund Campaign. Colonel Speer is the 315th Airlift Wing vice commander; Mr. Pruitt is the senior director of communications for Force Protection; and Mr. Pfander is the assistant general manager for the Charleston RiverDogs.
