315th Airlift Wing hosts base picnic
The annual 315th Airlift Wing base picnic was held at Charleston Air Force Base Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event was a fun time for every member of the 315th reserve family with food for all, a boat load of cold beverages to help hold off the heat, and plenty of activities for the kiddies including: jump castles, a blow-up obstacle course, a twirling fair ride, face painting as well as playground equipment. Home Depot came out to support the troops and set up Do-It-Yourself craft tables where reservists and their children were able to build small projects together. Several reservists even brought out the family pet for the occasion. (U.S. Air Force Photos by Senior Airman Dani Pacheco)
