UCI Preparations
Captain Kelli Beaty, a reservist with the 315th Airlift Wing’s Equal Opportunity Office, is busy reviewing records and documentation to ensure everything is compliant for the upcoming Unit Compliance Inspection (UCI). A UCI is a United States Air Force inspection conducted to assess areas mandated by law, as well as mission areas identified by senior Air Force and Major Command leadership. The 315th AW will be having their UCI in May.
