Barbara Clutter, 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron optometry technician, transfer a simulated litter patient onto a stanchion in preparation for flight during a multi-agency patient evacuation exercise held at Joint Base Charleston and in Greenville, S.C., May 14, 2014.
