315th ALCF North Field 2014

Two M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles await the arrival of another C-17 Globemaster III at North Air Force Auxiliary Field Dec. 11, 2014 for redeployment to Savannah, Ga. The vehicles were used as cargo during a two-day exercise which integrated C-17 air and ground crew training for 315th Airlift Wing Airmen stationed at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. as well as Soldiers from one of the 3rd Infantry Division’s Immediate Ready Companies stationed at Fort Stewart, Ga. Four C-17’s were used during the exercise to deploy and redeploy the fighting vehicles, two Abrams M1A2 tanks and an M88 recovery. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt. Shane Ellis)
