Ramping up for Red Dragon
Staff Sgt. Doug Wattier a Loadmaster with the 317th Airlift Squadron based in Charleston, S.C., chains down a Light Medium Tactical Vehicle LMTV into the cargo bay of a Boeing C-17 Globe master Aug. 15, 2015, in support of Operation Red Dragon.
