Dingell (D-Mich.) at an Arrival Ceremony at Joint Base Andrews, Md., Feb. 12, 2019. The longest-serving Congressional member in American history from 1955 to 2015, Dingell passed away Feb.7, 2019, in Dearborn, Mich.
