BAMC is participating in a COVID-19 treatment trial centering on the anti-viral drug, remdesivir. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)-sponsored study enrolled more than a thousand people across the nation as it looked to determine if the antiviral drug is effective against COVID-19.
