Two Airmen Receive Scholarship Honoring Former Wingman
Tech. Sgt. Steven Smith of the 315th Security Forces Squadron at JB Charleston, recieves $5,000 SMSgt George Counts Scholarship from the 315th Airlift Wing Top 3 leadership, Senior Master Sgt.
