Master Sergeant Joshua C. Cobb is the In-Service Recruiter for the Shaw AFB Location, Eastern Recruiting Squadron.. In this capacity he recruits from last names L-Z, covering several Geographic Separating Units.
Master Sergeant Cobb enlisted into the Air Force Reserve in 2011 and served 5 years as a 3S051, Customer Support Technician. He graduated from Personnel Apprentice Course in June 2011. After being a personnelist for 5 years TSgt Cobb decided to learn a new AFSC and joined Administration for the 960th Cyberspace Operations Group at Lackland AFB from April 2016 to April 2017. In 2017 MSgt Cobb was sought out for recruiting by CMSgt Michael Nienhaus, the Flight Chief for AF Reserve Recruiting at Luke AFB. In his continuous endeavor to help individuals succeed he agreed to the challenge of being an
AF Reserve Recruiter. In February of 2017 she completed the AF Reserve Recruiting Course and was assigned to Luke AFB.
