JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The 315th Mission Support Squadron held a double assumption of command ceremony to fill the top role of its 38th Aerial Port and 315th Logistics Readiness Squadrons here Feb. 11.
315th Mission Support Squadron Commander, Col. Cherie Roff, presided over the ceremony formally putting command of the 38th APS under Maj. Jason Snyder, and command of the 315th LRS under Maj. Franklin Rinaca.
Snyder, a longtime APS and LRS officer, previously served as 38th APS’s operations officer.
Rinaca, who is also a longtime APS and LRS officer, previously served as 315th LRS’s operations officer.
