Rashard Coaxum 315th Airlift Wing Public Affairs JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The 38th Aerial Port Squadron welcomed a new commander to its ranks Sunday during a change of command ceremony, here.Col. Bobby DeGregorio, 315th Mission Support Group commander, officiated the ceremony, which saw the passing of the squadron guidon to new commander Maj. Calvin Coker from outgoing commander Lt. Col. Jay Snyder.Coker previously served as the individual mobilization augmentee to the Logistics Readiness Division’s Force Management Branch Chief at Air Force Reserve Command headquarters.With nearly 190 people assigned to the unit, the 38th APS is responsible for the management and movement of cargo and passengers transported through the military airlift system.
