March 7, 2016 Staying effective: 315 AW remains ready for UEI The 315th Airlift Wing, along with the rest of Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina will take part in an official Unit Effectiveness Inspection visit starting April 7, and wrapping up April 18, 2016. The UEI is an external visit by higher headquarters which provides an independent assessment of the
