Charleston prepares for Debbie’s potential historic storm impact

Joint Base Charleston leadership is closely monitoring the weather and will make a decision early Monday afternoon on which base services will be impacted beginning Tuesday morning. Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby likely to move very slowly over/around our area through mid-to-late week.
