"I would like to extend my congratulations to Mr. Bozeman whowas chosen for his outstanding achievements in the representation of the 315th Airlift Wing," said Col. Steven Chapman, 315th AW commander. "This is a very special honor and it gives me great pleasure to recognize him." "Units that put forth the effort to nominate their deserving personnel for awards are to be commended," Colonel Chapman added.
