JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. --  The Air Force Reserve's 315th Airlift Wing, located at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., hosted a recognition ceremony here for members who promoted to the tiers of Noncommissioned Officer or Senior Noncommissioned Officer, November 5, 2023.
