    The phrase “One Team, One Fight” is a morale booster in the Air Force where cohesion and camaraderie are the cultural norms. This motto came as second nature to the Williams brothers. 1st Lt. Richard “Beau” Williams, Reserve Citizen Airman assigned to the 927th Air Refueling Wing and Capt. Cory Williams, assigned to the 315th Airlift Wing, both wear the same uniform but have very different lives when speaking about their Air Force careers. The two pilots recently embarked on a refueling mission together. Beau flying the KC-135 Stratotanker to refuel a C-17 Globemaster III flown by his brother over the coast of the Florida Keys.
  • 315 AW to host Red Bull Paper Wings competition during April UTA

    The 315th Airlift Wing and Red Bull are hosting a 2019 Red Bull Paper Wings (paper plane) competition, a qualifier for the world championships, April 13, 2019, from 3 to 7 p.m., at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The competition will be held in Nosedock 2, (near the 437th/315th Maintenance Group building). There will be several prizes, Sticky Fingers BBQ and lots of Red Bull and Red Bull swag.
