Retired Col. Paul Sykes, former commander of the 916th Air Refueling Wing, Seymour Jounson AFB, N.C., gives a tour of St. Phillips Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston. St. Phillips was one of three historical places of worship the chaplain candidates were able to visit while in Charleston.
