Gerald Ubaka, 315th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron flight nurse, joins Airmen from Joint Base Charleston and the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center build, test and evaluate the Transport Isolation System (TIS) at JB Charleston, Dec. 13, 2014.
