Senior Airman Elizabeth Sampson, 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, earned the Academic Achievement Award for maintaining the highest scores on summative objective and performance evaluations in the class.

In addition to those achievements, Guerin and Sampson were outstanding graduates after ranking in the top 10 percent of their class.

“This is the first step in their leadership journey,” said Gilmour. “We have very high expectations of these graduates and know their success in ALS will be a building block as they continue to grow professionally. They are the future enlisted leaders of our Air Force."

“The Air Force will always be in need of great leaders,” said Lanier. “It's good to know that our Airmen, Reserve and Active, are willing and able to meet the needs of today's Air Force. As for our latest graduates, they not only meet the Air Force's needs, they have exceeded even our highest expectations. They personify ‘Excellence.’”
