JOINT BASE CHARLESTON S.C. -- Senior Master Sgt. Rob Grimsely, 315th Security Forces Squadron, recieved a medal and a trophy for being named 4th Air Force's Outstanding Airman of the Year, June 24. Col. Russell Fingar, 315th Airlift Wing commander, presided over the ceremony here during the Unit Training Assembly.

Grimsely was selected as the Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for the 315 AW earlier this year.
