315th Announces quarterly award winners

CHARLESTON AFB, S.C. --  The selection boards for the Airman, Noncommissioned Officer, Senior Noncommissioned Officer, Junior Officer, and Field Grade Officer selected the following winners for April to June 2009:

- Airman of the Quarter, SrA Kyle Mings, 317 AS

- NCO of the Quarter, TSgt Sterling Seals, SFS

- SNCO of the Quarter, MSgt DeWarren Washington, 81 APS

- Company Grade Officer of the Quarter, Capt Wayne Leneau, MSS

- Field Grade Officer of the Quarter, Maj Rick Chadwick,  317 AS

I would like to extend my congratulations to all of the winners above who were chosen for their outstanding achievements in the representation of the 315th Airlift Wing. These are very special honors and it gives me great pleasure to recognize them. Plaques will be awarded during the next Wing Award Ceremony.

Units that put forth the effort to nominate their deserving personnel for awards are to be commended. I urge commanders to continue to take the time to nominate people for these important morale-building awards.
